What is the procedure for handling emergencies nights/weekends/holidays?

We typically refer to Care Center located at 6995 East Kemper Road, in Blue Ash, located just 2 minutes off 275 and Reed Hartman highway.  Their phone number is 513-530-0911.

I took my pet to another veterinarian when he was sick- now I just need more medicine and your office is closer.  Can I pick up the medication from you?

 

We fill prescriptions originating from another hospital after we contact the prescribing veterinarian for their approval.

 

Do you bill?

 

Payments are expected as services are rendered.  We accept credit cards excluding American express, checks, and cash.  Please call our office for any further questions regarding billing.  Our number is 513-737-5500.

 

What type of information can you provide me about pet insurance?

 

Though we don’t endorse any one pet insurance company we provide brochures for several insurance companies.

Can I bring my pet in without an appointment?

 

We strongly suggest that you make an appointment.  We accommodate walk-in patients as best we though emergencies are seen immediately.  All elective surgeries must be scheduled in advance.
