Q. What are your hours?
A. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00am to 6:00pm. Wednesday, from 9:00am to 11:00am (Retail Only) and Saturday from 8:00am to noon. Closed daily from 12:00 to 1:00 for lunch.
Q. Can I bring my pet in without an appointment?
A.We do see clients by appointment, however we do accomodate walk-in
clients as best we can if it is an emergency. All elective surgeries
must be scheduled in advance.
Q. What is the procedure for handling emergencies on nights/weekends/holidays?
A.Our hospital recommends contacting the Care Center (513) 530-0911,
which is 24-hour emergency care hospital located on East Kemper Road in
Blue Ash.
Q. I took my pet to another veterinarian when he was
sick- now i just need more medicine and your office is closer.
Can I pick up medication from you?
A.We can fill prescriptions originating from another hospital after we contact the
prescribing veterinarian for their approval.
Q. Do you offer payment plans and/or billing for services?
A. Payments are expected when services are rendered. We do accept credit cards except American Express. We also accept checks.
